How to deal with a problem that is bugging you?

As we move along with our daily lives, we encounter several things that need our attention. It is during this crucial times when there are too many issues coming in all at once that we may loose our balance, and begin to feel doubtful, and confuse, and we may also loose our direction.

If you want to find a way to deal with this unwanted thoughts, asks yourself each of the following questions. Your answers will help you to shade light to these unwanted thoughts that maybe hindering you, and find a solution in dealing with them.

# Is the current matter an emotional thought or is it a fact?

# Am I jumping to conclusions, and what are my alternatives?

# What is going to be the effect on me thinking this way, and what are the advantages and
disadvantages?

# Is there any answers to this, and am I thinking in black-and-white terms?

# Are the issues really very clear cut?

# Is everything wrong because of one event or change?

# Are my weaknesses overshadowing my strengths?

# How appropriate is blame, and how much of this is to do with me?

# How perfect can I be, and have I got double standards?

# Is there only a downside, and is everything likely to be a disaster?

# Are things out of proportion, and am I living life the way it is or the way I'd wish it to be?

# Isn't there anything that can change, and what can I do to affect the outcome?
